Your information is used to operate your digital wallet, process payments, send personalized promotions and notifications (birthday, anniversary, geo-based deals), improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Gift Card & Payment Data
All gift card balances and transactions are stored securely. We do not store full payment card numbers. Transaction history is retained for 7 years for compliance purposes.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with participating MOA stores solely to fulfill transactions and promotions, and with service providers who assist in platform operations under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Location & Geo-Triggered Alerts
Location-based notifications are only sent when you have enabled location permissions. You can disable geo alerts at any time through your device settings or app notification preferences.
6. NFC & Wearable Devices
NFC tag IDs linked to your account are stored securely and associated only with your user profile. Physical wearable devices do not store any personal information.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
